7-Day Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products
We offer a 7-day replacement policy only in case of:

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory Video Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

A clear unboxing video

The video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package)

The package label and condition must be clearly visible

The defect or damage must be clearly shown in the same video
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, replacement or refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy helps protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.
Important Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects

Slight variations in handcrafted products are natural and not treated as defects

Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering
Refund Timeline (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:

Prepaid orders → Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

COD orders → Refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
