We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Ved Yantra reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has been made and the order is cancelled by us, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Ved Yantra is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner issues
Natural disasters
Regional restrictions
Incorrect address provided by the customer

6. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement policy only for defective or damaged products, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Unboxing video proof is mandatory for any replacement or refund request.

No returns or refunds are accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor variations in color or design
